Somnigroup International Refinancing Credit Facilities to Lower Cost of Capital

Somnigroup International Inc. has successfully amended and extended its $2.9 billion senior secured credit facilities, including a $1.7 billion revolver and a $1.2 billion term loan A. The refinancing provides an incremental $700 million of liquidity, which was used to repay a portion of the company's term loan B, reducing expected annual interest expense by approximately $5 million. The transaction is expected to lower the company's cost of capital, extend debt maturities, and enhance financial flexibility.
