John G. Morikis, the Executive Chairman, will retire from his position effective December 31, 2024, and will not stand for re-election as a director at the 2025 Annual Meeting. Heidi G. Petz, the current President and CEO, has been elected to serve as Chair of the Board effective January 1, 2025. Jane M. Cronin, Senior Vice President - Enterprise Finance, will also retire effective December 31, 2024, with J. Paul Lang appointed as her successor, effective January 1, 2025.
