Details
Under this agreement, SiTime may offer and sell up to 1,200,000 shares of its common stock through Stifel. The agreement allows for sales to be made under the company's previously filed and effective Registration Statement on Form S-3 and an applicable prospectus supplement. The Company will pay Stifel a commission of up to 3.0% of the gross sales proceeds of any shares sold. The agreement can be terminated by either party at any time without liability.
