Snap Inc. announced on April 20, 2026, that Derek Andersen, its Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the company on May 8, 2026, for a new professional opportunity. In his place, Doug Hott, currently the Vice President of Finance, Strategy, and Corporate Development, will be appointed as the new CFO. Mr. Hott has been with Snap Inc. since July 2024 and previously served as the Vice President of Finance from August 2019 to July 2024. The decision to leave by Mr. Andersen is not due to any disagreements with the company.
