Solstice Advanced Materials Inc. Announces Annual Meeting Results

Solstice Advanced Materials Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Shareowners on May 22, 2026. The shareholders elected each of the four Class I nominees to the Board of Directors for a two-year term. They also approved the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as independent auditors for 2026 and approved, on a non-binding advisory basis, the compensation of the Company's named executive officers. Additionally, shareholders approved an annual advisory vote on executive compensation and a non-binding advisory vote on the frequency of such votes.
