Solstice Advanced Materials Spin-Off Distribution Announced

Solstice Advanced Materials Inc. (a Honeywell subsidiary) announced that its spin-off and public distribution of shares is set to occur on October 30, 2025. Honeywell stockholders will receive one share of Solstice common stock for every four shares of Honeywell common stock held as of the October 17, 2025, record date.
