SpaceX Announces Commencement of Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) announced on June 22, 2026, the commencement of an offering of senior unsecured notes to qualified institutional buyers and non-U.S. persons outside the United States. The notes, which have not been registered under the Securities Act or any other jurisdiction's securities laws, will be used to repay outstanding borrowings under SpaceX's bridge loan facility, pay related fees and expenses, and for general corporate purposes.
