Simon Property Group Appoints Martin J. Cicco to Board of Directors

Simon Property Group, Inc. announced on February 5, 2026, the appointment of Martin J. Cicco to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. This appointment increases the size of the Board from 13 to 14 members. Mr. Cicco, with over 45 years of real estate and capital markets experience, is expected to bring valuable expertise in real estate finance and capital markets to the Board.
