S&P Global Announces CFO Departure and Interim Successor
On December 7, 2023, S&P Global Inc. announced the departure of its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ewout Steenbergen. Effective February 12, 2024, Christopher Craig, the Company's Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis. In connection with this appointment, Craig will receive a restricted stock award with a value of $1,000,000. His compensation will otherwise remain unchanged.
