S&P Global Appoints Hubert Joly to Board of Directors
On December 10, 2025, S&P Global Inc. announced the appointment of Hubert Joly to its Board of Directors, effective January 2, 2026. Mr. Joly will serve on the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee and Audit Committee, and will receive the standard compensation package for non-employee Directors.
