Southern California Gas Company Announces Underwriting Agreement for Bond Issuance
Summary
On May 12, 2025, Southern California Gas Company, a subsidiary of Sempra, entered into an underwriting agreement with several underwriters for the issuance of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.450% First Mortgage Bonds, Series DDD, due 2035, and $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 6.000% First Mortgage Bonds, Series EEE, due 2055.
