Sterling Infrastructure Appoints Nicholas Grindstaff as New CFO
Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. announced on June 12, 2025, the appointment of Nicholas Grindstaff as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective July 10, 2025. Grindstaff succeeds Ronald A. Ballschmiede, who has served as the Executive Vice President, CFO, and Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) since March 2025. Grindstaff brings over 30 years of experience in finance and leadership, most recently serving as CFO for Cinterra and previously as CFO for Orbital Infrastructure Group, Inc. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Houston. The company also furnished a press release as Exhibit 99.1.
