State Street Corporation Announces Redemption of Senior Notes
Summary
On December 20, 2024, State Street Corporation announced the redemption of its $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.857% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2026 (January Notes) on January 27, 2025, and its $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.746% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2026 (February Notes) on February 6, 2025. Both notes will be redeemed at 100% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, their respective redemption dates. Interest will cease to accrue on and after these dates. State Street intends to fund the redemptions using cash on hand.
