Mostapha Tahiri, previously the Enterprise Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed President of State Street Alpha and will continue as Chairman of Asia Pacific. Ann Fogarty, formerly the Investment Services Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed as the new Enterprise Chief Operating Officer, succeeding Mr. Tahiri. These appointments are effective immediately. Ms. Fogarty's target incentive compensation award for her new role is set at $5,650,000.
