Skyworks Initiates Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations for Qorvo Notes

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. has commenced exchange offers and consent solicitations for Qorvo, Inc.'s 4.375% Senior Notes due 2029 and 3.375% Senior Notes due 2031. Holders can exchange these notes for new Skyworks notes with the same interest rates and maturity dates. The exchange offers are part of the conditions for the anticipated merger between Skyworks and Qorvo, which is expected to close after the exchange offers and consent solicitations are completed. The exchange offers and consent solicitations are subject to certain conditions, including the completion of the merger and the effectiveness of the registration statement on Form S-4.
