Wells, currently serving as Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer for Orthopaedics, will be promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in his place. Boehnlein will continue as an advisor to the CEO until March 31, 2026, and Wells will assume his new role on April 1, 2025.
