On March 31, 2025, AT&T Inc. completed the issuance of €1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.150% Global Notes due 2030, €1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.600% Global Notes due 2033, and €750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 4.050% Global Notes due 2037 under an Underwriting Agreement dated March 24, 2025. The notes were issued pursuant to an Indenture dated May 15, 2013, and have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 via a Registration Statement on Form S-3 (No. 333-285413).
