TE Connectivity Announces Pricing of €750 Million Senior Notes Offering

On January 31, 2025, Tyco Electronics Group S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TE Connectivity, issued €750 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.250% Senior Notes due 2033. The notes were offered and sold by Tyco Electronics Group S.A. pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-3. The net proceeds from the sale, approximately €740.1 million, will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of outstanding debt. The notes are governed by an amended and restated indenture and are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by TE Connectivity and TE Connectivity Switzerland Ltd.
