Truist Completes Sale of Insurance Brokerage and Repositions Balance Sheet

On May 7, 2024, Truist Financial Corporation announced the completion of the sale of its remaining equity interests in Truist Insurance Holdings, LLC to an investor group led by Stone Point Capital, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, and Mubadala Investment Company.
