Tilray Brands Refinances Existing Credit Agreement
Summary
Tilray Brands, Inc.'s majority-owned subsidiary, Aphria Diamond Inc., refinanced its existing term loan by entering into a new Credit Agreement with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. The new Credit Agreement provides for term loans in an aggregate principal amount of CAD $53,000,000, which Aphria Diamond Inc. used to repay its existing obligations under a prior credit agreement. The new Term Loans mature on February 21, 2028, and are secured by a first lien on substantially all of the assets of Aphria Diamond Inc., a guarantee by the shareholders of Aphria Diamond Inc., and a guarantee by Tilray Brands, Inc. up to CAD $60,000,000.
