T-Mobile Announces $14B Shareholder Return Program

On December 13, 2024, T-Mobile US, Inc. announced its Board of Directors authorized a new shareholder return program of up to $14.0 billion to run through December 31, 2025. The program is expected to consist of additional repurchases of shares of the Company's common stock and payment of cash dividends. The program reflects the Company's balanced capital allocation philosophy and is in addition to the existing shareholder return program. Share repurchases and dividends will be made from available cash on hand and proceeds of debt issuances or other borrowings, subject to market conditions and other factors.
