T-Mobile Announces Planned CFO Transition with Jessica Uhl as Successor

T-Mobile US, Inc. announced the planned transition of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role, with Jessica Uhl set to succeed Peter Osvaldik as CFO in February 2027. Osvaldik will continue as CFO until then and will serve as a Strategic Advisor until his retirement in July 2027. Uhl, former CFO of Shell and most recently President of GE Vernova, will join T-Mobile as CFO Designate in mid-September 2026. Her compensation includes an annual base salary of at least $975,000, a potential annual short-term incentive award of up to $1,950,000, and long-term incentive awards with an aggregate target grant-date value of $9,525,000. Uhl will also receive a one-time cash sign-on bonus of $1,000,000.
