Targa Resources Appoints New Director, Ms. Caron A. Lawhorn
On March 11, 2024, Targa Resources Corp. announced the appointment of Ms. Caron A. Lawhorn to its Board of Directors as a Class III Director, effective immediately. Ms. Lawhorn will serve until the Company's 2025 annual meeting of stockholders and will also join the Board's Audit Committee. She will be compensated according to the Company's non-employee director policies, including a pro-rated restricted stock award. The Company also entered into an indemnification agreement with Ms. Lawhorn to protect her from personal liability arising from her service to the Company.
