Trimble Inc. Delayed 2024 Form 10-K Filing and Received Nasdaq Notification
Trimble Inc. (NASDAQ: TRMB) announced on March 26, 2025, that it received a notification from Nasdaq regarding its failure to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended January 3, 2025. The Company intends to submit a plan to regain compliance within 60 days and expects to file the 2024 Form 10-K as soon as practicable. Additionally, the Company obtained a Consent and Waiver relating to its Credit Agreement, extending the deadline for delivering Financial Deliverables and waiving any Default or Event of Default resulting from the non-delivery of such deliverables.
