Trimble Inc. Board Member Resignation and New Audit Committee Chair Appointment
On May 26, 2026, Mark S. Peek resigned from his role as a director of Trimble Inc., effective immediately. As a result, he will not be standing for reelection at the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Additionally, Thomas Sweet has been appointed by the Board as Chair of the Audit Committee, effective immediately.
