TTM Technologies Announces Retirement of Former CEO and Appoints New Independent Directors
TTM Technologies, Inc. announced the retirement of Thomas T. Edman, former President and Chief Executive Officer and current Class I member of the Board, and John G. Mayer, a current Class III member of the Board, effective May 7, 2026. The Company also appointed Daniel G. Korte and Ryan D. McCarthy as new independent directors to the Board, effective on the same date. The appointments are subject to approval from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. The retirements follow the Company's Corporate Governance Guidelines and are not due to any disagreements with the Company.
