Twilio Announces CEO Transition and Financial Guidance Exceedance
Twilio Inc. announced on January 8, 2024, that it expects to exceed its financial guidance for the fourth quarter and full year 2023, with Khozema Shipchandler succeeding Jeff Lawson as CEO and Jeff Epstein becoming Board Chair. Shipchandler, previously President of Twilio Communications, was appointed CEO and will join the board, effective January 8, 2024.
