UPS Announces Departure of Chief Financial Officer Brian Newman

United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) announced that Brian O. Newman, its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will depart the company effective June 1, 2024. Newman's departure is due to personal health reasons. The company is initiating a search for his successor. Additionally, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on May 2, 2020, where the election of directors, approval of named executive officer compensation, and ratification of the appointment of the independent registered public accounting firm were voted on.
