UPS Announces Fourth-Quarter 2025 Earnings and Provides 2026 Guidance
United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) reported fourth-quarter 2025 consolidated revenues of $24.5 billion with a consolidated operating margin of 10.5% and a GAAP diluted EPS of $2.10. Non-GAAP adjusted diluted EPS was $2.38. For the full year 2025, revenue was $88.7 billion with an operating profit of $7.9 billion. UPS expects full-year 2026 revenue to be approximately $89.7 billion with a non-GAAP adjusted operating margin of around 9.6%. The company also declared a first-quarter 2026 dividend of $1.64 per share, payable on March 5, 2026.
