On June 13, 2025, Energy Fuels Inc. entered into a new Controlled Equity Offering SM Agreement with BMO Capital Markets Corp., Canaccord Genuity LLC, Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., B. Riley Securities Inc., and H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, allowing the company to sell common shares through the Agents. Simultaneously, the company terminated its previous Sales Agreement dated March 22, 2024. The new agreement permits the company to sell up to $300 million of common shares under its 'at the market' program. The Sales Agreement and ATM Prospectus Supplement are attached as exhibits.
