Veeva Systems Inc. Announces Annual Meeting Results and Corporate Governance Changes
On June 12, 2024, Veeva Systems Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders where the shareholders approved the amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation to include provisions for officer exculpation. Additionally, the shareholders ratified the appointment of KPMG LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm and approved the executive compensation on an advisory basis.
