Venture Global Plaquemines LNG Closes $4B Senior Secured Notes Offering

On July 3, 2025, Venture Global, Inc.'s subsidiary, Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC (VGPL), closed a $4 billion offering of senior secured notes. The notes, issued in two series, include $2 billion of 6.50% notes due 2034 and $2 billion of 6.75% notes due 2036. The offering will be used to prepay existing credit facilities and cover offering fees. This brings the total amount of senior secured notes issued by VGPL to $6.5 billion since the project began producing LNG in December 2024.
