Viavi Solutions Announces Acquisition of Spirent's High-Speed Ethernet and Network Security Business

Viavi Solutions Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire the high-speed ethernet and network security business lines from Keysight Technologies, Inc. for a base cash consideration of $410 million and an additional $15 million contingent on certain metrics.
