Verisk Analytics Announces Acquisition of AccuLynx for $2.35 Billion
Verisk Analytics, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire AccuLynx, a leading SaaS platform for residential property contractors, for $2.35 billion in cash. The acquisition is expected to enhance Verisk's network capabilities across the insurance claims and restoration ecosystem, and is anticipated to be additive to Verisk's revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA margin, and accretive to adjusted EPS by year end 2026. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
