VeriSign, Inc. Announces Retirement of CFO George E. Kilguss III and Details Consulting Agreement
Summary
VeriSign, Inc. announced the retirement of George E. Kilguss III, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 31, 2025. In connection with his retirement, the company entered into a Letter Agreement for Consulting Services with Mr. Kilguss, under which he will provide consulting services for a fee of $50,000 per month, not to exceed $100,000, from June 2, 2025, through July 24, 2025. Mr. Kilguss will also be reimbursed for reasonable travel and lodging expenses. A copy of the Consulting Agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
