Vistra Zero Operating Company LLC Amends Credit Agreement
Summary
On December 17, 2024, Vistra Zero Operating Company, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Vistra Corp, amended its Credit Agreement to reduce interest rate margins by 75 basis points, remove quarterly amortization payments, and make other modifications to increase permissible maximum incremental facilities amount and capacity under certain negative covenant baskets. This amendment was entered into by Vistra Zero, the guarantors, the lenders, and Citibank, N.A., as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent. A copy of the Credit Agreement Amendment is included as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
