Ventas Announces Retirement of EVP and CEO of Subsidiary Lillibridge
Ventas, Inc. announced on November 17, 2025, that Peter J. Bulgarelli, Executive Vice President of Outpatient Medical & Research and CEO of Lillibridge Healthcare Services, will retire effective May 1, 2026. Bulgarelli, who joined Ventas in 2018, has been instrumental in enhancing the company's Outpatient Medical & Research and Triple-Net Leased Healthcare businesses. Ventas will initiate a search for his successor and has thanked Bulgarelli for his service.
