Ventas, Inc. Announces Resignation of Chief Accounting Officer

On February 16, 2026, Gregory R. Liebbe, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller of Ventas, Inc., announced his resignation effective February 27, 2026, to pursue other opportunities. The decision is not due to any disagreement with the company. Robert F. Probst, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will take on the role of Chief Accounting Officer on an interim basis while the company searches for a permanent replacement.
