Verizon Announces Amendment to Exchange Offer for Outstanding Notes
Summary
Verizon Communications Inc. has amended the terms of its previously announced exchange offers for 10 series of its outstanding notes, increasing the spread used to determine the interest rate per annum that the newly issued notes will bear. The amendment increases the spread from 100 basis points over the yield of the 4.375% U.S. Treasury Security due May 15, 2034, to 107 basis points over the yield of the same Reference Security. All other terms and conditions of the Exchange Offers remain unchanged.
