Verizon Announces Expiration and Results of Private Exchange Offers for 10 Series of Notes

Eligible holders whose Old Notes have been accepted for exchange by Verizon after the Original Early Participation Date will receive the applicable Total Exchange Price and an additional cash payment equal to accrued and unpaid interest on such Old Notes to, but excluding the Final Settlement Date.
