Verizon Announces Private Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations for 11 Series of Notes
Verizon Communications Inc. announced the commencement of private exchange offers and consent solicitations for 11 series of its outstanding notes, aiming to exchange them for newly issued notes. The exchange offers are open to eligible holders who are either qualified institutional buyers or non-U.S. persons located outside the United States.
