Wayfair Repurchases Portion of Convertible Notes
Wayfair Inc. used part of the proceeds from its 6.75% senior secured notes due 2032 to repurchase approximately $56 million in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 3.50% convertible senior notes due 2028.
