WESCO International Announces Departure of Key Executive and Agreement Termination

WESCO International, Inc. announced on September 10, 2025, the departure of Mr. Nelson J. Squires, III, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Electrical & Electronics Solutions, and the termination of his material definitive agreement. Mr. Squires will receive severance benefits in accordance with his employment agreement dated June 22, 2020. The Release Agreement, which will become effective on September 18, 2025, includes a general release of claims, non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disparagement, and confidentiality provisions, as well as certain severance and tax equalization benefits.
