Summary
On March 16, 2026, Waste Connections, Inc. completed an underwritten public offering of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 4.800% Senior Notes due 2036. The Notes are the Company's senior unsecured obligations, ranking equally in right of payment with its other existing and future unsubordinated debt and senior to any of its future subordinated debt. The Notes will pay interest on January 15 and July 15 of each year, beginning July 15, 2026, and will mature on July 15, 2036.
