Details
The redemption will occur on November 16, 2026, at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest. Notes may be converted until the close of business on November 12, 2026. The conversion rate is 26.5231 shares of common stock per $1,000 principal amount of Notes. The Company will pay cash for up to the principal amount of the Notes converted and will settle the remainder in shares of its common stock.
