Welltower Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2025 Earnings and Significant Transaction Activity

Welltower Inc. reported third-quarter 2025 results with net income attributable to common stockholders of $0.41 per diluted share and normalized FFO of $1.34 per diluted share, a 20.7% increase year-over-year. The company also announced $23 billion of additional transaction activity closed or under contract to close, primarily seniors housing acquisitions in the U.S. and U.K. The transactions are expected to be accretive to normalized FFO per share starting in 2026. Furthermore, Welltower declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.74 per share, payable on November 20, 2025.
