On June 27, 2025, Welltower OP LLC issued $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.500% Notes due 2030 and $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Notes due 2035. These notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Welltower Inc. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment and investment in healthcare and seniors housing properties.
