Welltower OP LLC Issues New Notes

Summary

On August 4, 2025, Welltower OP LLC issued $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.500% Notes due 2030 and $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Notes due 2035, fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Welltower Inc. These notes are additional issuances fungible with prior notes issued on June 27, 2025. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment and investment in healthcare and seniors housing properties.
