Welltower Inc. Announces New Equity Distribution Agreement

On October 28, 2025, Welltower Inc. entered into a new equity distribution agreement, under which up to $7.5 billion of the company's common stock may be offered and sold. The company also filed prospectus supplements to register up to 1,182,070 shares for resale by a selling stockholder and up to 4,542,926 shares that may be issued upon redemption of Welltower OP LLC's Class A common units.
