Welltower Inc. Announces $7.5 Billion ATM Offering

On July 28, 2026, Welltower Inc. announced the entry into an equity distribution agreement for an at-the-market (ATM) offering of up to $7.5 billion in common stock. The offering replaces a prior equity distribution agreement dated October 28, 2025. Additionally, the company filed a prospectus supplement to register the offer and resale of up to 261,753 shares of common stock issued as consideration for a recent lease amendment.
